Senior Investment Professionals Infra & Critical Minerals

Our client is hiring a senior professional within the Infrastructure and Critical Minerals platform focused on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives across the UAE and wider GCC. The role will play a key part in shaping early-stage infrastructure opportunities engaging with government stakeholders and supporting the development and execution of PPP projects particularly across social infrastructure and urban mobility sectors. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and operates within a lean high-impact team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support PPP-related discussions with government entities, regulators and key stakeholders.Drive early-stage business development activities including opportunity origination, qualification and structuring.Provide technical, operational and commercial input across the lifecycle of PPP projects.Support government advisory engagements and contribute to policy framework and structuring discussions.Develop and support deal flow across social infrastructure (e.g. schools, healthcare) and urban mobility (e.g. roads, bridges) sectors.Collaborate closely with internal investment, legal and technical teams and occasionally support international initiatives.Ensure alignment with local PPP frameworks while incorporating relevant global best practices.RequirementsExperienceApproximately 16 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and PPP projects.Strong exposure to PPP structuring including commercial and financial elements.Demonstrated experience engaging with government stakeholders and senior decision-makers.Background in development of finance institutions or international financial institutions (advisory / early‑stage focus).Experience dealing with infrastructure developers or sponsors with greenfield PPP experience.Have background or experience in infrastructure‑focused investment funds.Solid understanding of PPP frameworks, financing models and commercial principles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
