Senior Investment Operation Specialist

A prestigious family office is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Specialist to join its Investment Team based in Abu Dhabi. This fulltime position offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and senior stakeholders ensuring the seamless execution of investment transactions and operational processes across a multiasset portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily trade settlements, cash flow activities and reconciliation of investment accountsMaintain accurate records of transactions holdings and asset allocationsGenerate portfolio performance reports and provide insights to the investment team and CIOTrack income and yield targets and support performance assessmentsResolve trade and valuation discrepancies by coordinating with banks custodians and service providersSupport operational workflow improvements, policy development and systems enhancementsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Master's or CFA/CAIA/FRM in progress is preferred)4–5 years of relevant experience in investment operations, global markets, private equity or portfolio managementBackground from buyside institutions is highly desirableStrong analytical mindset with high attention to detailProficient in Excel and PowerPoint for financial data management and reportingFamiliarity with financial platforms, databases and investment systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple prioritiesInterested candidates may apply directly.
