Senior Investment Associate

ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, industry analysis, and company due diligence to identify attractive investment opportunities.Support in deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical advisors during the due diligence process.Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio companies.Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, financial planning, and operational improvements.Track macroeconomic trends, market developments, and emerging sectors relevant to the firm’s investment strategy.Provide insights and recommendations to inform investment decisions.Contribute to the development of investment strategies, policies, and frameworks.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, advisors, and portfolio company management teams.Assist in fundraising, investor reporting, and communication materials as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
