<p>Share this page on your social media channels</p><p>SENIOR INTERNATIONAL PATIENT RELATION REPRESENTATIVE</p><p>Apply by</p><p>Saturday, 04 April 2026, 16 Shawwal 1447</p><p>Location</p><p>Riyadh</p><p>Department/Section</p><p>International Healthcare Concierge Services Section</p><h3>Summary</h3><p>Provides specialized medical care for international patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans.</p><h3>Essential Responsibilities and Duties</h3><ul><li>Leads and oversees the international patient relations team, setting performance goals and standards.</li><li>Handles escalated patient inquiries, complaints, and special requests with sensitivity and professionalism.</li><li>Develops and implements patient satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms tailored to international patients.</li><li>Analyzes survey results and feedback data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for service improvement.</li><li>Designs and delivers training workshops and coaching sessions for patient relations staff on communication best practices.</li><li>Collaborates with marketing and communication teams to develop outreach campaigns and informational materials.</li><li>Maintains and updates a comprehensive knowledge base, information guides for staff and patients.</li><li>Coordinates with clinical and administrative departments to resolve interdepartmental service issues swiftly.</li><li>Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><p>Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other related disciplines is required .</p><h3>Experience Required</h3><p>Three (3) years of related experience with Master's, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree experience is required.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
