Senior Instrument & Control Lead (Offshore/Onshore)

A leading technical services company is seeking an Instrument & Control Lead responsible for conducting technical evaluations of EPC projects at the Qatar QFAB site. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Instrument & Control Engineering and at least 15 years of experience in Instrument & Controls engineering, preferably within offshore and onshore oil and gas environments. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with technical project requirements and evaluating complex issues impacting project execution.
