Our goal is to be your trusted partner in healing, growth, and resilience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced IT support to clinical and administrative usersAdminister Active Directory environments, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects, and access controlManage Windows Server platforms, including file servers, print services, DNS, and DHCPSupport Linux server platforms for application and infrastructure servicesManage and support virtualized server environmentsPerform system monitoring, patching, hardening, and routine maintenanceSupport and troubleshoot clinical systems, including HIS / EMR platformsCoordinate with system vendors for incident resolution, upgrades, and maintenanceSupport LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and secure connectivity environments / Change, Incident & Problem Management.Assist with firewall administration and network troubleshooting and Office 365 suite, including Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, Entra ID.Support endpoint security, authentication mechanisms, and access policiesExecute backup checks, restore tests, and business continuity proceduresAdhere to healthcare data protection and compliance requirementsEscalate security incidents and system risks in accordance with IT governanceCoordinate with IT vendors and track SLAs and issue resolutionMaintain accurate technical documentation and operational records & Endpoint & Device Management & EDR solutions, and threat locker.Support basic scripting, automation, and operational toolingAssist with IT process automation and reporting initiativesManage and maintain the clinic’s website hosting environment, including cPanel administrationHandle domain management, DNS records, SSL certificates, and website availabilityPerform basic website updates and coordinate with external web developers when requiredEnsure website security, backups, and uptime monitoringManage and support Google Business Profile accounts and related technical settingsSupport website‑related analytics, reporting, and integrationsProvide technical support to marketing and communications activities (IT and platform‑related only)Mandatory Experience & Qualifications5 to 10 years of experience in IT support and system administrationMandatory prior experience in healthcare or clinical IT environmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active DirectorySolid working experience with Linux server platformsGood understanding of DNS, DHCP, file services, and identity managementExperience supporting virtualized infrastructureStrong networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNsExperience working in regulated or compliance‑driven environmentCertifications RequiredMCSE or current Microsoft equivalent certificationCisco CCNA or higherAdditional Skills (Strong Plus)Basic development or scripting background (PowerShell, Python, or similar)Experience with Microsoft Power AutomateExperience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting or dashboardsExposure to system integration or API‑based workflowsUnderstanding of automation in IT operationsExperience managing websites using cPanel or similar hosting platformsBasic knowledge of website technologies, CMS platforms, and pluginsExperience managing domains, DNS, and SSL certificatesExperience supporting Google Business Profile and related Google servicesBasic understanding of website analytics and online service integrationsProfessional ProfileStrong technical depth with a support‑focused mindset / Aligned with HIPAA, ISO, JCI, and auditsAbility to work independently while following defined IT governanceStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsReliable and composed in clinical and operational environmentsClear understanding of the impact of IT availability on patient careReporting & AuthorityReports to the IT ManagerExecutes changes and escalations according to approved IT processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
