Location: On-Site — UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole SummaryPalmira Software House is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to act as the primary client-facing representative throughout the implementation lifecycle. In this role, you will work directly with clients to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, validate operational needs, and ensure clear understanding of desired outcomes.You will translate these business needs into structured inputs and coordinate with internal Business Analysts teams to support solution design, configuration, workflow scripting, and reporting development. At the client level, you will configure system components with minimal scripting, deliver training and enablement, support solution validation, and assist in continuous improvements post-deployment.This role ensures client requirements are accurately captured, effectively communicated internally, and successfully implemented to drive adoption and measurable business valueKey ResponsibilitiesConduct client workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support successful delivery.Translate business needs into functional system designs (object models, workflows, dashboards).Apply best practices in enterprise management systems standardsDeliver end-user onboarding, training, and documentation.Configure objects, attributes, forms, workflows, and reports with minimal scripting and coordinate with technical teams on complex configurations.Support continuous improvements, enhancements, and post-deployment optimization.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product releases, new features, and enhancements to effectively support client solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience.Proven experience configuring object types, attributes, forms, workflows, and reports.Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills.Basic understanding of BPMN 2.0.Understanding of risk, compliance, governance, and audit domains.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of Enterprise Governance framework like (performance management, risk management, audit, etc.)Strong knowledge of Enterprise Management Systems (Strategy / Process / Performance Management).Familiarity with BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms.If you are passionate about driving successful client implementations and building scalable enterprise solutions, we would love to hear from you.PALMIRA PROFILEPalmira was established back in 2013 by experts from different backgrounds, highly experienced in business consultancy, process management, data science, and strategic planning.
