Senior HVAC Maintenance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION FORMJOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the ongoing maintenance and repairs of the HVAC System and its components on all facilitiesResponsible for the correct execution of the maintenance activities and repairs of systems and components.Responsible for the optimum/efficient performance of all the HVAC systemsManages the onsite with the technical teams.Monitoring and analyses on daily basis the operation of Water / Air Cooled chillers.Close follow up all the HVAC activities related to preventive or corrective maintenance and general any other technical works along with the HVAC technical team.Follow up in close control with the HVAC subcontractors, specialist and suppliers.Follow up and maintain all the required reports to be available on time.Manages the manpower resources relating to systems under his responsibility.Responsible for Quality Control and audits of a predefined percentage of corrective and preventive maintenance throughout the facilitiesResponsible for the training of the Technical TeamEnsures effective use of consumables, spare parts and tools for the performance of the worksApproves the requests for the purchase of necessary consumables, spare parts and toolsDevelops practical planning and methods for executing the worksEnsures that method statements are generated, issued and understood by relevant AKTOR personnelTo ensure that material and progress tracking schedules are maintained up to date at all timesEnsures that the quality of the Works conforms to the Contract RequirementsEnsures that the necessary competent resources are available to execute the Works according to the approved time schedule and to meet agreed milestonesWorks in close collaboration with the Project Manager in relation to continuous improvement, work rectification, closing out NCR’s (immediate and corrective action requests)Liaises with the procurement section to ensure that purchased materials are correctly ordered and delivered on timeEnsure that the quality of the Works conforms to the contract requirements.Interested candidates may share their updated resume with subject line to- (emailprotected)#J-18808-Ljbffr
