Job Description As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our company, your primary role will involve partnering with the chosen business functions of Global Financial Services & Systems. You will also lead the Talent Management and organizational effectiveness activities within Controllership. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a Business Partner for the assigned business/vertical to implement and communicate Key HR Policies and processes effectively - Supporting business stakeholders, employees, and leadership team to enhance employee engagement and drive culture transformation - Driving key HR processes across the employee life cycle and ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with company policies - Supporting and executing Talent retention initiatives through progressive HR practices and benchmarking - Anticipating and recommending HR strategies/solutions to Business Function Leaders for changing human resource needs - Collaborating with corporate CoE teams to implement regional/global talent management programs - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of workforce information in HR information systems - Partnering with other HRBPs in the Controllership HR team to implement Talent management, performance management, and organizational effectiveness interventions aligned with business needs and HR Strategy - Working with TAC, HRS, TMOE team to implement best practices and consistent implementation of HR programs across controllership - Driving and deploying Eaton's performance management system, annual goal setting/development planning process, talent assessment/review process, continuous feedback culture, and annual performance calibration Qualifications required for this role include: - A master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline from a Tier I/II management institute - 7-10 years of HR business partnering experience with a global organization - Experience in leading Talent Management processes is key for this role Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
