Senior HSE Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to spearhead our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and compliance within our organization. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that our operations not only meet regulatory standards but also exemplify our dedication to excellence in safety and environmental stewardship.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of HSE strategies and programs across all projects.Establish and enforce HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.Provide guidance and support to project teams, enhancing their HSE competency and awareness.Collaborate with stakeholders to promote HSE initiatives and ensure alignment with project objectives.Design and implement training programs to develop staff and contractor capabilities in HSE matters.Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management and stakeholders.Stay informed on developments in HSE legislation, technologies, and industry trends.Foster a culture of safety within the organization through effective communication and engagement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction or project management industry.Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are desirable.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, best practices, and risk management principles.Proven experience in leading safety programs and achieving compliance with regulatory standards.Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to mitigate risks.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
