Identifying and assessing potential safety risks and implementing measures to mitigate these risks.Roles And ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the supervisors and HSE staff on the siteSupervise compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures on the project site.Develop and implement safety programs, including conducting safety audits and inspections, providing safety training to workers, and documenting safety records.Identify and assess potential safety risks and implement measures to mitigate these risks.Investigate incidents and accidents on the project site and develop and implement corrective actions.Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.Liaise with clients to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Provide safety input into project plans, schedules, and budgets.Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments.Keep up- o date with changes in safety regulations and standards and ensure compliance on the project site.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field preferredExperience15+ years of experience in construction projects (from project starts to completion)Extensive knowledge of project specifications and standards, and medium to large-sized project experienceExperience in oil / gas / petrochemical or power plants as a engineerEngineering & Construction Company working experienceKnowledge or CertificationCompetent knowledge in HSEKnowledge in performing ERT Member for incident/accident situation, chemical spill, fire, working at height, Confined Space vessel horizontal & vertical search and rescue.Knowledge in PSSR pre-start up safety review assessment, plant operation and shutdown as well.Knowledgeable in documentation and presentation.Good management and leadership skills with responsible attitude.Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation applications.Technical and Behavioral CompetencyIn-depth knowledge of HSE regulationsRisk managementHazard identificationProcess safetyEnvironmental managementAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsAbility to work independentlyAdditional InformationOur benefits includeAccommodationFlight TicketsMedical InsuranceTransportationDisclaimer: Samsung E&A does not require job seekers to pay any fees, charges, or security deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.
