OverviewWe are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a motivated Senior HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh.This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with solid experience, ready to take on broader responsibilities and contribute to strategic HR functions.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for assigned positions.Utilize various sourcing channels (online portals, social media, referrals) to attract qualified candidates.Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process.HR Operations & Employee Relations:Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.Performance Management & Development:Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system.Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.Compensation & Benefits Support:Assist in the administration of payroll-related data, benefits enrollment, and leave management.Support the HR Manager in compensation benchmarking and analysis.Reporting & Administration:Prepare HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment status, and training.Help document and improve HR processes and workflows.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR Generalist or Specialist role.Technical Skills: Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems.Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills: Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Problem-solving attitude and high attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
