GTECH Information Technology and PurpleRock are two growing companies under a single leadership, focusing on digital and infrastructure services respectively. With a combined team of 40+ and a footprint across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, we are now seeking a strong HR professional to streamline and elevate our people operations. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused HR Executive to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations using tools like Zoho People and Zoho Payroll. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a mid-sized, fast-paced setup and can wear multiple hats from recruitment to policy enforcement to supporting people growth.Recruitment & OnboardingOwn and manage full-cycle recruitment across both companies (tech, admin, field staff)Write compelling JDs, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, schedule final roundsManage hiring pipelines via Zoho People/WorkableLead onboarding for new hires contracts, documentation, orientation, and setupHR Operations & ComplianceMaintain employee records in Zoho PeoplePrepare offer letters, experience letters, Salary letters, etcIssue payslips via Zoho Payroll and coordinate with Accounts for final settlementsMonitor attendance, leave policies, and ensure HR compliance with UAE labor lawEmployee Engagement & DevelopmentSupport creation and tracking of employee goals and KPIsCollect regular feedback from staff and elevate issues proactivelyCoordinate soft skill training sessions and internal knowledge sharingSupport internal surveys and HR audits as neededMaintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPsExit ManagementHandle resignations, offboarding process, and exit interviewsCollect and document feedback, ensure timely revocation of system accessTrack post-exit documentation and visa/work permit follow-up if neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferredAt least five years of experience in an HR roleExperience working in tech/digital agencies or MSPs is a strong plusSolid experience with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (or similar HRMS tools)Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAEExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and build rapport with team membersProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointA passion for people and a drive to make a difference in the organizationExperience supporting HR for multi-country operations (e.g., KSA) (Nice to Have)BenefitsAn inexhaustible and motivated agency!
