Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive – Employee Relations to support the manufacturing and operational workforce. This role involves managing employee attendance, coordinating training, assessing workforce skills, supporting employee engagement, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and maintaining HR documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.ResponsibilitiesAttendance & Workforce Management: Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift compliance. Conduct site and labor camp visits to verify workforce deployment and address issues.Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, maintain training records, and track completion and effectiveness.Skills Assessment & Workforce Capability: Conduct skills assessments, identify gaps, and support employee development and succession planning.Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as first point of contact for employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and ensure welfare and grievance resolution.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies, maintain HR documentation, and prepare reports on attendance, training, and employee relations.SkillsStrong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.Proficient in MS Excel, HRIS, and reporting tools.Skilled in training coordination, employee assessment, and engagement initiatives.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in HR or employee relations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, workforce compliance, and employee welfare standards.Must possess a valid UAE driving license, as regular travel to sites and labor camps is required for camp visits and inspections.This is a full-time position based in UAE.Job ID: 30102501-114VG#J-18808-Ljbffr
