The role demands strong stakeholder management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to represent the organisation credibly with all candidates.ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionOwn and drive end-to-end hiring across assigned business units, from workforce planning to offer closure and onboardingPartner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team dynamicsEnsure a strong candidate experience and act as a professional brand ambassador for the organizationManage senior-level and niche hiring with confidence and discretionTrack recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency and qualityBusiness Partnering & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted People Partner to business stakeholders, providing guidance on people-related mattersTranslate business goals into effective people and hiring strategiesInfluence and challenge stakeholders where needed with data-backed insightsEmployee Engagement & CultureSupport and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and retentionActively identify engagement gaps and recommend practical interventionsDrive communication, feedback mechanisms, and people-focused programsPartner with business leaders to manage Rewards & Recognition programs, including nominations, reviews, and communication of outcomesEmployee Relations (ER)Handle employee relations matters including grievances, performance concerns, misconduct, and policy interpretationConduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of ER casesProvide guidance to managers on performance management and difficult conversationsWhat you’ll needProven 2-3 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to HRBP responsibilitiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with maturity and confidentialityBusiness-oriented mindset with the ability to balance people and performanceExperience in fast-paced environments (e-commerce/startups preferred)Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
