Job Description
To manage and enhance employee relations by ensuring consistent application of HR policies, resolving workplace issues, and supporting key HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. This role contributes to a positive work environment and ensures compliance with labor laws and organizational standards using tools like SuccessFactors.Job DescriptionMaintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors and ensure data integrityAddress employee concerns and grievances, escalating complex cases as neededSupport investigations into workplace issues and assist in resolution effortsEnsure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirementsProvide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and proceduresAssist in developing and implementing employee relations programs and engagement initiativesMonitor employee behavior and workplace dynamics to proactively identify potential issuesCollaborate with other HR functions (e.g., recruitment, training, compensation) to support employee lifecyclePrepare reports and dashboards related to employee relations metrics and trendsParticipate in audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keepingJob Requirements - Experience and EducationEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related fieldHR certifications are a strong plus (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI)Professional Experience2–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist rolesHands‑on experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution#J-18808-Ljbffr
