Senior Heavy Mechanic - Dairy Farm

Our client, a well-established dairy farm, is seeking an experienced Senior Heavy Mechanic to lead the maintenance and repair of heavy agricultural machinery in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will oversee the workshop operations, ensure timely servicing of equipment, and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team to support efficient farm operations.Manage and perform maintenance and repair on heavy machinery and vehicles specific to dairy farm operations.Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and implement effective solutions.Oversee workshop operations, including scheduling tasks and supervising junior mechanics.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.Coordinate with farm management to optimize machinery availability and minimize downtime.Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).Train and mentor junior mechanics and workshop staff.Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and safety standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
