The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of enterprise‑level systems, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a strong understanding of current networking technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain computer hardware systems including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructures.Monitor network performance, ensure high availability, and implement performance tuning as needed.Manage network security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data encryption.Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure hardware lifecycle management.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement and support.Install and maintain server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux environments.Conduct periodic network audits and implement best practices for compliance and performance.Manage data backup and recovery solutions.Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/network issues within defined SLAs.Document all configurations, processes, and procedures accurately.Provide system remote to teams across the globeKey Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s or Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ preferred).Strong knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).Proficient in Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper‑V).Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).Good understanding of ITIL processes and change management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred CertificationsCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Professional (CCNP)CompTIA Network+ / Security+Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)#J-18808-Ljbffr
