Senior Graphic Designer

Lead creative ideation from concept to final execution across digital and print platforms Conduct research and translate insights into strong, original design concepts Contribute strategically during brainstorming sessions and creative discussions Develop compelling brand identities, campaign visuals, and communication systems Design high-quality packaging solutions with a strong understanding of structure, materials, print processes, and consumer behavior Produce motion graphics and animation content for digital platforms (social, web, presentations, internal communication) Build structured, persuasive design presentations that clearly communicate concept rationale and strategic thinking Proactively engage with marketing, branding, and other stakeholders to challenge ideas and improve creative output Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries Stay updated on design, packaging, motion, and branding trends Skills 5+ years of experience in graphic design Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills Exceptional research and ideation abilities Strong conceptual thinking - not just technical execution Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong motion and animation skills (After Effects or equivalent) Demonstrated expertise in packaging design (portfolio required) Ability to build clear, structured, and persuasive creative presentations High initiative and proactive mindset Comfortable challenging ideas constructively and contributing strategically Strong collaboration skills and team engagement
