We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team, supporting the creative and communication needs of the DP World Foundation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to work on a variety of brand and marketing projects, gaining hands‑on experience while helping shape the visual identity and storytelling of one of the world’s most respected philanthropic organisations.Job TypePermanentPosition OverviewThe Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visually engaging and brand‑aligned content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms, with a strong focus on developing sales collateral materials. Working closely with the Art Director and Senior Designers, this role will assist in designing assets such as brochures, fact sheets, presentations, and other client‑facing materials, in addition to digital content. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and proven experience in producing impactful sales support materials that drive business conversations.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design SupportAssist in the creation of graphics and visuals for digital and print media, including sales collateral (brochures, one‑pagers, fact sheets, presentations, proposals), social media graphics, email banners, website assets, and marketing collateral.Produce design concepts and layouts for review, integrating feedback from senior team members and stakeholders.Ensure all work adheres to DP World’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across projects.Content Adaptation and ResizingAdapt and resize existing design assets for various platforms, ensuring visuals look sharp and fit seamlessly within the required specifications.Prepare and optimize design files for digital and print production, with attention to quality and technical requirements.Collaboration and LearningWork closely with Senior Designers, the Art Director, and cross‑functional teams (including commercial and sales teams) to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions.Take initiative to learn new design techniques, tools, and industry best practices, applying these to enhance personal and team productivity.Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and a creative perspective to projects.Quality Control and File ManagementConduct basic quality checks on design work, ensuring final assets are polished, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.Organize and manage design files systematically, ensuring easy access and consistency across the team.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role or relevant internship experience, ideally within an in‑house design team or creative agency.Demonstrated experience in creating sales collateral materials (brochures, presentations, fact sheets, proposals, and client‑facing documents).Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a solid understanding of design for both digital and print formats.A keen eye for detail, typography, and layout, with an understanding of design principles that elevate sales materials.Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.A collaborative mindset, open to constructive feedback, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, creative environment.Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or additional design software is a plus, but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
