Senior GIS/Data Application Specialist/Geospatial Data Analyst (Civil Background)

The seconded staff should be able to provide engineering services required for designs, analysis, validation and maintenance of GIS application and database such as central data management system, completion of data and graphical presentation, remote sensing and geodatabase for infrastructure sector. Preferred civil engineering background. The works shall be under the supervision of the client's representative and as per his directions. Responsibilities Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in geographical information systems (GIS), web portal/application design, and demonstrated knowledge of SQL Server. Programming skills including ASP NET framework, Oracle, MVC, ArcGIS, Oracle database, SQL, and GIS database design. Assist in all aspects of hydraulic/Hydrologic, drainage modelling. Qualifications Data Management/IT Professional with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience. Experience shall include database design and development, integral knowledge of geographical information systems (GIS), web portal/application design, and demonstrated knowledge of SQL Server. Preferred academic qualification is BSc in Computer Science, GIS, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field from an accredited institution.
