We specialize in complex foundation systems, deep foundations, and ground improvement, combining cutting-edge technology with sustainable construction practices as we expand regionally through 2026.NSCC International (https://www.nsccme.com)Key ResponsibilitiesLead geotechnical and structural design of bored piles, secant piles, diaphragm walls, barrettes, anchors, struts, and piled raft foundationsPerform advanced 3D finite element modeling using Plaxis 3D for soil-structure interaction analysisConduct structural analysis using SAFE for raft foundations and ground slabsDesign ground improvement works: vibro compaction, stone columns, dynamic compaction, grouting techniquesReview calculations, drawings, specifications; ensure code compliance (BS, Eurocodes, ACI, local regulations)Manage and mentor team of geotechnical designers, engineers, and CAD draftsmen.Support business development, technical proposals, and client presentationsRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Geotechnical/Soil Mechanics/Civil Engineering from top-tier university12-15 years experience.MUST have substantial piling and foundation contracting company experience – consultancy only is insufficientAdvanced Plaxis 3D proficiency for FEM modeling and soil-structure interactionStrong SAFE knowledge for structural analysis of foundation systemsHands-on ground improvement experience (vibro compaction, stone columns, dynamic compaction, grouting)Deep foundation design expertise: piles, diaphragm walls, anchors, barrettesProven multi-disciplinary project coordinationExcellent English; PE/Chartered Engineer status preferredTechnical SkillsSoftware: Plaxis 2D/3D, GeoStudio, LPILE, GROUP, WALLAP, SAFE, ETABS, STAAD.
