Implementing a successful Supply Chain Finance and SME model in the bank. The role of a Dedicated IT Application Analyst is to facilitate requirement gathering and analysis, develop functional specifications, perform data analysis for ADIB and manage projects. The analyst liaises with customers to understand business requirements, tracks customer issues, manages detailed requirements from business users for large-scale projects and enhancements to existing systems. Collaboration with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SMEs, and project teams ensures that business requirements are met within software. The analyst documents business requirements for projects, change requests, vendor service level and quality, and works directly with Systems Analysts/Programmers on the analysis of business requirements, development of functional and program specifications, relational database design, programming, testing, implementation, and documentation. They also support Cash Management projects and provide technical support assessments and reports. The analyst proposes technical recommendations and improvements.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will engage with the Trade Core/SCF team to handle day-to-day queries related to Trade/SCF tasks and products, including LCs, Purchase Order Financing, Factoring & Reverse Factoring, Payable Financing, Receivable Financing, Buyer/Distributor/Dealer Financing, and Long Term Financing. They will support Trade/SCF 24/7 for all related applications.
