As a SWE, you will not only be responsible for developing critical features but also setting technical standards and driving the successful delivery of major projects.</p><p>You will be instrumental in scaling our platform, ensuring high performance, stability, and a world-class user experience.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Fullstack Development</h3><ul><li><b>Backend (Node.js):</b>Design and implement robust, secure, and high-performance APIs and business logic using<b>Node.js</b>and associated frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS). Manage database integrations (SQL/NoSQL) and caching layers.</li><li><b>Frontend (React.js):</b>Build modern, responsive, and highly usable interfaces using<b>React.js</b>and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, Next.js). Ensure optimal rendering performance and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li><b>DevOps:</b>Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor application health, and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).</li></ul><h3>Team&Collaboration</h3><ul><li><b>Mentorship:</b>Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.</li><li><b>Cross-functional Collaboration:</b>Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality products.</li><li><b>Project Delivery:</b>Take ownership of project success, ensuring features are delivered on time, meeting quality standards, and aligning with the initial vision.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li><b>Minimum 5+ years</b>of professional software development experience</li><li>Proven track record of building and deploying complex, large-scale applications in a production environment.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li><b>Expert-level proficiency in Node.js</b>and the ability to architect efficient and stable backend services.</li><li><b>Expert-level proficiency in React.js</b>and a deep understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.</li><li>Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Alibaba, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Solid understanding of software security principles and best practices.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
