You will be joining us at an exciting stage, working across a mix of greenfield builds, product improvements, and AI‑enabled features. We move fast, solve real problems, and care about clean, scalable code. This role is suited to engineers who have repeatedly taken ownership of complex systems end‑to‑end and can demonstrate deep technical judgement across the full stack. You’ve solved genuinely hard problems, not just implemented features, and you understand the trade‑offs, architecture, and long‑term implications of the solutions you build. We expect a high degree of autonomy, strong product thinking, and the ability to drive features from concept through to production with minimal oversight.What You Will DoDesign and build end‑to‑end features across backend and frontend. Work with AI tools (primarily Claude Code/Cursor) to accelerate development. Develop scalable APIs and services using .NET. Create clean, responsive UIs using React (ideally with TypeScript). Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred). Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams. Contribute to system design decisions and improving architecture over time. Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and modern dev practices.
