While we have a dedicated team handling most of the heavy migration work, we need a<b>Senior Frontend Engineer</b>who can:</p><ul><li>Build new product features on top of a changing architecture</li><li>Implement clean design patterns that raise the bar for the entire team</li><li>Guide and mentor existing frontend engineers</li><li>Help define best practices, standards, and frontend structure</li><li>Ensure new features are aligned with modern Next.js conventions</li><li>Make smart trade-offs while working in a partially legacy environment</li></ul><p>We are looking for someone who can<b>think</b>, not just code—someone who sees patterns, structure, maintainability, and the long-term health of the UI layer.</p><h3><b>What You’ll Actually Do</b></h3><ul><li>Provide architectural guidance on component structure, routing patterns, and best practices</li><li>Help shape a scalable component library and consistent UI system</li><li>Introduce clean coding standards and reduce unnecessary complexity</li><li>Assist in identifying anti-patterns in the legacy code and propose lightweight improvements</li><li>Work closely with backend to create clean data‑fetching flows</li><li>Ensure new features follow modern React + Next.js principles</li></ul><h3><b>Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>Strong experience with<b>Next.js</b>across versions (12 → 13 → all the way to latest version)</li><li>Deep understanding of React patterns (composition, state management, separation of concerns)</li><li>Experience building scalable UI architectures&reusable components</li><li>Ability to write clean, readable, maintainable UI code</li><li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to explain trade-offs and guide other engineers</li><li>Comfortable working alongside legacy code while building new features</li><li>Exposure to AI-assisted workflows (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)</li></ul><h3><b>Nice to Have</b></h3><ul><li>Experience mentoring or leading frontend engineers</li><li>Experience working with design systems (Tailwind, shadcn, Chakra, custom)</li><li>Strong understanding of performance optimization</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
