Senior Front-End Software Developer (UI / Mobile)

Job Description As a Senior Front-end Software Developer (UI / Mobile) at ABC Fitness, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in designing and developing high-quality, intuitive, and performance-driven web and mobile experiences. You will collaborate with Product, UX, and backend teams to build mobile applications from scratch, ensuring seamless and consistent user-centric applications across platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with team members and contribute to all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Apply Domain Driven Design, Object Oriented Design, and proven Design Patterns - Hand on coding and development following Secured Coding guidelines and Test-Driven Development - Conduct integrated stress testing, performance analysis, and tuning with QA teams - Enhance existing web applications built using Java and Spring frameworks - Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met - Act as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting - Experiment with new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends - Provide mentorship to junior developers and lead frontend initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience - Minimum 4 years of frontend/UI development experience in a team environment - Work experience in an Agile development scrum team space - Strong experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, with React preferred - Hands-on mobile application development experience for Android and/or iOS - Knowledge of API Gateways, integration frameworks, containers, and container orchestration - Familiarity with REST API integration and DevOps concepts - Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills ABC Fitness is committed to diversity, equality, belonging, and inclusion, creating a workplace where every employee feels valued, inspired, and empowered.
