Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked.About the roleAs an SFA NEROLI Perfumer, you will be responsible for creating and developing fragrance compositions that meet customer briefs and internal project requirements, while respecting technical, regulatory and creative guidelines. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality fragrance solutions aligned with market trends and customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and modify fragrance compositions in response to customer briefs and requests, as well as internal projects, ensuring compliance with defined constraints and guidelines.Collaborate closely with Fragrance Development Managers (FDM), the commercial and technical teams to develop projects aligned with customer needs and strategic priorities.Participate in customer presentations, providing creative and technical input to support project development.Promote new creations, capabilities and captive ingredients from Symrise, both internally and externally.Provide technical expertise throughout the development process to support innovative and competitive fragrance solutions.Observe and analyze market and consumer trends to support fragrance innovation and relevance.Contribute to GFIM (Global Fragrance and Ingredient Management) through activities such as: (a) Evaluation of new ingredients; (b) Conformity and regulatory reworks; (c) Formula rationalization; or (d) Creation and maintenance of standard perfumery bases.About youThe role requires an experienced Perfumer to strengthen the Fragrance team in Dubai and support a fast‑paced, highly demanding Middle East market.The ideal profile brings 5-10 years of professional experience as a perfumer.
