Job Description

The Senior Government Fleet Sales Advisor is responsible for managing and expanding fleet sales within government and semi-government entities. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, handling tender processes, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with government and semi-government clients.Identify new fleet sales opportunities through tenders, direct sales, and strategic partnerships.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery and payment collection.Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in compliance with government requirements.Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, finance, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement updates.Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain updated pipeline reports.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in fleet or government sales.Strong knowledge of UAE government tender processes and procurement systems.Proven track record of achieving fleet sales targets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
