Senior Fit-Out Engineer: Lead Projects&BIM Delivery

<p>Lead and execute all aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards for quality, functionality and efficiency.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage the complete life cycle of assigned fit-out projects, from initial client brief to final handover.</li><li>Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement comprehensive fit-out plans, considering space utilization, building codes, and client requirements.</li><li>Analyze existing building conditions, including structural elements and MEP systems, to determine feasibility and identify potential challenges.</li><li>Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for fit-out work, utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling) software when applicable.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to plans, budget, and schedule.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve quality issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Manage project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the fit-out industry, including sustainable building practices and materials.</li></ul><p><strong>Tools&Methods, HSEQ</strong></p><p>Abide by the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, (HSEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable to the compliance of Enova’s HSEQ policy, operating procedures, as well as being compliant to local legislation. The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary.</p><p><strong>Customer Relations</strong></p><p>Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.</p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a closely related field.</p><p>Minimum of +7 years of experience in a senior engineering role within the fit-out construction industry.</p><p><strong>Job Specific Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.</li><li>In-depth understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials relevant to fit-out projects.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
