Senior Fire Protection Estimator: Strategic Tendering Lead

<p>Nova Systems Engineering is seeking a<strong>Senior Fire Fighting Estimator</strong>to join our leadership team.</p><p>This is not a junior role; we need a commercial strategist<strong>with over a decade of experience</strong>managing high-complexity sectors, including Oil&Gas, Military, Power Stations, and Telecommunications.</p><p>You will be responsible for mitigating risk and ensuring profitability on large-scale, technically demanding projects where compliance with NFPA and UAE Fire Codes is non-negotiable.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Tendering:</strong>Be part of our leading estimation department for high-value tenders in the Industrial and Special Hazards sectors.</li><li><strong>Technical Compliance:</strong>Rigorous review of tender documents against NFPA and UAE Fire&Life Safety Codes to identify missing scope or specification risks.</li><li><strong>Special Systems Expertise:</strong>Accurate costing for complex systems common in O&G/Power (e.g., High-Expansion Foam, Deluge Systems, Watermist, Water Monitors, and Clean Agent).</li><li><strong>Commercial Leadership:</strong>Drive value engineering initiatives and negotiate with top-tier manufacturers to secure project-specific pricing protection.</li><li><strong>Risk Management:</strong>Identify contractual and technical risks in Industrial, Power, Military and O&G tenders before submission.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong>10+ Years in Fire Protection Estimation (UAE/GCC experience preferred).</li><li><strong>Sector Focus:</strong>Proven track record of winning projects in Industrial, Oil&Gas, Power, or Military sectors.</li><li><strong>Code Mastery:</strong>Deep, demonstrable understanding of NFPA standards and UAE Fire Codes.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong>Ability to estimate "Design&Build" projects with minimal drawings.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
