Closing date: 19/11/2025Number of positions: 1Recruiter name:Siva Krishna BondaReference number: 65032Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai Dubai United Arab EmiratesMain Purpose of JobTo develop an Activity Based model with the aim of forming a better understanding of productivity and costing improving profitability financial control and achievement of business strategyKey Responsibility AreasPrepare and document and activity based costing (ABC) policy and proceduresBuild and maintain ABC model in Tableau or similar tool and continuously enhance the dashboard and costing rules based on end user feedbackReport key highlights at division and hospital level and meet with Hospital management teams to discuss the key findings. Reporting and benchmark should focus on profitability and productivity at multiple levels (procedures doctors specialities etc)Assist the units in developing action plans based on the ABC analysis outcome. Monthly/Quarterly reporting of the financial impact of the implemented action plansMonitor trends in revenue productivity costs and profitability and identify cost saving opportunities growth opportunities any potential risks to the businessWork closely with the Funder Relations team to discuss loss making procedures and tariff structuresWork closely with Health Information team to incorporate their insights into the ABC modelRequired EducationEssential: A relevant bachelors degree in finance or accountingDesired: Chartered Accountant: CA(SA) ACA ACCA CPA CIMA or equivalentRequired ExperienceEssential: 3-5 Years management experience in a financial environmentDesired: 5-10 Years management experience in a financial healthcare environmentRequired Job Skills and KnowledgeAnalytical and problem solving skillsComputer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applicationsConflict management skillsFinancial acumen and industry awarenessHospital perations in the UAEMedical terminology and proceduresSkilled in leading and managing complex negotiations with relevant stakeholdersVerbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)All applicants will be considered with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
