Job Description As a Finance Professional with minimum 7 years of work experience in FP&A Domain, you will be responsible for managing the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financials for Business unit P&L and Balance Sheet. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines - Preparing business unit P&L and variance analysis of actuals vs plan - Having a positive command on departmental SGA, CGS Cost Centre Analysis, and identifying key drivers - Preparing management reports defining key indicators and metrics and providing comprehensive variance analysis - Supporting Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews, and forecast processes - Preparing financial presentations for BU Leadership teams - Driving Process optimization initiatives for efficiency - Continuously developing and researching accounting principles and practices including IFRS - Contributing to team playing, creative thinking, and solutions to help achieve organizational objectives - Providing statutory audit support and ensuring compliance with internal controls - Supporting Ad-hoc requests - Driving a continuous process improvement culture within the group To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools - Analytical thinking ability and good team player - Internal & External Stakeholder Management skills - Cross-functional interactions with Operations & Sales teams - Self-starter mindset, suggesting and implementing process improvements - Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA - Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management - Power BI or related presentation tools Preferred qualifications that set you apart include: Our Offer to You: By joining Emerson, you will have the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
