The role supporting the Asset Management function by analyzing portfolio performance, monitoring real estate and financial markets, and preparing periodic studies and reports that contribute to well-informed and precise investment decision‑making.The role aims to oversee the performance of managed assets, evaluate associated returns and risks, and analyze relevant market and financial trends to ensure the achievement of optimal returns within an acceptable level of risk.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in investment and asset management, including at least one (1) year within a reputable financial or investment institution for the Senior Analyst position.Good knowledge of investment, business administration, and financial and real estate asset management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation preparation, and problem‑solving abilities.Good understanding of relevant market practices, laws, and regulations, with the ability to draft policies and ensure compliance.Demonstrated proficiency in core behavioral and leadership competencies appropriate to the level of responsibility assigned to the role.Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Relevant professional certifications such as CME Level 1 and CME Level 4.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
