Senior Accountant Real EstateRole SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Accountant with a mandatory real estate background to oversee core accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and cost governance. The ideal candidate must be Arabic speaking and capable of supporting financial control functions within a real estate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly closing process and preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRSSupport budgeting, cash forecasting, and working capital managementEnsure Tax & VAT compliance and coordinate external auditsOversee AR/AP functions and monitor cash flowGovern facility management costs and monitor operational expendituresEnsure adequate insurance coverage across assetsMaintain appropriate provisions for community/project CAPEXQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance810 years of experience, including exposure to real estate accounting (mandatory)Strong knowledge of IFRS and ERP systemsArabic language proficiency (mandatory)Audit firm background preferredProfessional certification (CMA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA) is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
