DescriptionWelcome to PXGEOPXGEO is an innovative marine geophysical service provider combining the strengths of ocean bottom and towed streamer seismic data acquisition techniques to deliver seamless subsurface imaging for a sustainable future.Whats the roleThe Senior Specialist Project Transactions plays a pivotal role in the day to accounting and controlling of projects as well as the associated accounts payable capital expenditures and accounts receivable transactions. This position requires a detailoriented partner to assist the project controlling team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.Other responsibilities are:Timely processing of client and vendor invoices while ensuring compliance with the company policies and proceduresParticipating in conversations with project managers and FP&A team in matters relating to project budgets and expendituresEnsuring that all capital projects are properly documented and accounted for in accordance with company policyPerforming the monthly closing activitiesCollecting accounts receivable balances from customers and minimize outstanding receivablesPreparing financial statements under local GAAP and/or IFRSAccounting for prepayments accruals and financing activitiesContinuously improving internal reports and analysis to enable management to understand key events and trends in CAPEX and expensesMonitoring and analysing expenses to identify costsaving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetary constraintsRequirementsWho are we looking forChartered Accountant (ACA ACCA or CPA) is preferredBachelors degree in accounting or finance or equivalent qualification5 years experience in accounting transactions and operations with at least 2 in a senior roleStrong analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to work independentlyAbility to work cooperatively with others in a team environmentSelfstarter with solid organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple prioritiesExperience working in a multinational company would be a plusProficient with MS Excel Word PowerPoint Power BIKnowledge of Dynamics365 would be a plusRequired Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
