Job Description As a Senior Finance Specialist - PS Excellence at JLL, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's data sources, systems, and processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and define reporting requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives. - Designing, developing, and implementing efficient and accurate reporting solutions using tools and technologies such as PeopleSoft, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and BI platforms. - Ensuring data quality and integrity by gathering data from multiple sources, performing data validation and cleansing, and creating automated MIS reports, dashboards, and visualizations. - Analyzing data trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. - Monitoring key metrics, comparing actual performance against targets, and proactively communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. - Conducting ad-hoc data analysis and preparing custom reports as requested. - Staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in MIS reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence tools. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 5-10 years of proven work experience as an MIS Reporting Specialist, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. - Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms such as Tableau and Power BI. - Solid understanding of data structure and experience working with large datasets. - Familiarity with data visualization principles and the ability to present complex information clearly. - Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
