Job Description As a Senior Financial Analyst at Medline Industries Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving reporting and analytics efforts for one of the Distribution Portfolios. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing support in reporting, variance reviews, and Month-end activities for Finance Directors/Global Function Directors - Executing Monthly reporting and seeking opportunities to automate and simplify processes - Partnering with Stakeholders for Monthly Financial reporting and commentary - Performing Trend and Variance analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis - Supporting ad-hoc projects as assigned To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - 3-6 years of financial planning, management reporting, and/or analysis experience - Experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a global organization - Strong technical accounting skills and practical knowledge of financial accounting principles and standards - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint advanced skillset) - Knowledge of SAP/S4 FICO - Experience with Alteryx & Tableau/Power BI - CMA/CA with 3-6 years of experience in complex plant manufacturing reporting and FP&A Join us at Medline Industries Inc. and be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a first-rate compensation and benefits package.
