This role is suited to experienced scholars with a strong academic track record who are committed to advancing knowledge, mentoring faculty, and shaping high-quality academic programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to high-impact research aligned with institutional prioritiesDeliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levelsDesign, review, and enhance curricula and academic programmesSupervise and mentor junior faculty members, researchers, and postgraduate studentsContribute to academic governance, committees, and quality assurance activitiesPublish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and contribute to research visibilityDevelop academic collaborations and partnerships at local and international levelsSupport institutional initiatives related to academic excellence and innovationRequirementsQualifications & ExperienceDoctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant academic disciplineSignificant experience at senior academic level (Associate Professor, Professor, or equivalent)Strong research profile with evidence of sustained scholarly outputProven teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programmesDemonstrated experience in academic leadership, mentorship, or programme developmentAbility to contribute effectively to academic governance and serviceExcellent communication skills and commitment to academic integrityPreferred ExperienceExperience securing or contributing to external research funding or grantsExposure to diverse teaching modalities, including blended or online learningExperience working in international or multicultural academic environmentsEvidence of contribution to institutional strategy or academic innovationAdditional InformationAppointments may be made at different senior academic ranks depending on experienceCandidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service#J-18808-Ljbffr
