Senior Facilities Manager / EngineerDubai, UAEHiring for a leading real estate groupSalary: AED 30,000 – 38,000 per monthWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager / Engineer to oversee building operations, maintenance activities, and technical systems across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MEP/HVAC systems, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage vendors and maintenance teams in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations & MaintenanceManage daily operations of MEP, HVAC, and building systems.Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance, safety, and optimal performance.Monitor and optimize energy usage through BMS (Building Management Systems).Preventive & Corrective MaintenanceDevelop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical systems.Diagnose and resolve system failures and equipment issues promptly.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and compliance documentation.Projects & RenovationsSupport renovation, upgrade, and retrofit projects from planning to execution.Review technical drawings, schematics, and system specifications.Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure quality and safety standards.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with UAE building codes, fire safety regulations, and HSE standards.Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and support emergency response planning.Provide training on safety procedures and equipment handling when required.Vendor & Contractor ManagementSupervise outsourced service providers including maintenance, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and elevators.Track contractor performance and ensure KPI and SLA compliance.Assist with procurement, vendor evaluations, and quotation reviews.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare facility reports, incident logs, and maintenance summaries.Maintain technical documents including as-built drawings, manuals, and certifications.Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.3–5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
