OverviewSenior Facilities Electrical Engineer — 12 Month ContractSenior Facilities Electrical Engineer i is responsible for the design review and construction of projects, which includes installation of electrical and power systems (as per KAHRAMAA regulators and all related codes) as well as organization and oversight of heavy maintenance works.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing the design drawings, Bill of Quantities and specifications for projects and modifications that are within the premises of the channel for the following actsDesign Electrical systems (lighting systems – power system – cables design – distribution boards – transformers - generators - uninterruptible power supply (UPS))Design review for Fire Alarm SystemDesign review for CCTV systemDesign review for Access control systemDesign review for Lightning protection systemDesign review for Public address systemDesign review for Earthing systemFull coordination with technology section in the network regarding all works related to electrical workReview technical and financial offers submitted for the projectsReview shop drawings, time schedules and material submittals, materials on sites for the projectSupervision and follow up the implementation of the electrical work at the site and the conduct of the project, according to a scheduleSupervision and monitoring tests at the stage of preliminary and final delivery of the projectReview and follow-up transaction network with stakeholders (KAHRAMAA, civil defense, etc.)To check, review and approve shop drawings, material submittals & As‑built drawingsTo conduct site visits and generate civil and structural punch lists until all snags are closedTo conduct an evaluation for the candidates of the tender during tender stageEducationMinimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.ExperienceAt least 10 years related work experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
