Senior External Auditor - 4 month Contract

Whilst working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include planning, directing, and completing audits and supervising staff. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues on client engagements, client management and practice development.ResponsibilitiesRunning client engagements from start to finish, including planning, execution, directing and reportingPreparing or reviewing work papers and drafts of the financial statementsProducing client deliverables, specifically drafting reports for management reviewTaking a part in audit planning discussions to identify audit risks and devise an appropriate audit strategySupervising, training, and mentoring associates and interns on audit processUtilizing artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and data visualizationsProactively engaging with clients while offering strategic recommendations for improvementStaying acquainted to industry trends through regular professional development activitiesQualification & Experience RequirementsAt least three years of External Audit experience with an international accounting firmHave experience of working on complex audits and delegating workloads accordinglyComfortable using audit software and Microsoft OfficeStrong technical accounting skills, confident in IFRSExperience with group audits is key to successAbility to supervise staff and lead projectsWillingness to work additional hours and travel as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
