Senior Executive Manager – Solutions Architecture

Role PurposeThe Senior Executive Manager – Solutions Architecture is responsible for defining, governing, and leading the solution architecture function across Bupa Arabia’s digital and enterprise application landscape. This role ensures that technology solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and the organization’s digital transformation strategy. The role bridges business needs with technology solutions by providing architectural leadership and guiding engineering teams to implement modern architecture patterns including cloud-native architectures, microservices, API-driven integration, and event-driven systems.Key AccountabilitiesSolution Architecture Governance; Define and enforce architecture standards and governance processes across applications.Enterprise & Application Architecture Alignment; Develop current and future state application architecture aligned with enterprise strategy.System Analysis & Solution Design;Lead architecture design for enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and digital platforms.Research, compare, analyze and recommend best technical solution appropriate and suited for the business requirements.Analyze technical environments and assure compliance with required standards.Review and propose solutions for technical problems as they arise.Support and guide to development teams to implement latest technologies.Technology Evaluation & Innovation; Evaluate emerging technologies and run proof of concepts for new platforms.Architecture Assurance & Quality; Conduct architecture reviews ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.Architecture Team Leadership; Lead and mentor architecture team and collaborate with stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
