<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>This role entails a regional leadership in delivering patient-centered services, clinical excellence, and operational governance across a network of Bupa-covered hospitals, all while adhering to service level agreements and best practices in medical and customer experience. It is committed to top-tier medical care and a positive patient journey.</p><h3>Patient-Centered Services</h3><ul><li>Lead patient-centered care regionally for hospital services by ensuring improvement in the quality of patients' care and patients' experience.</li><li>Lead in landing all patient-centered business strategic initiatives&innovations to enhance the patient experience within Bupa-covered hospitals.</li><li>Ensure appropriate and effective treatment and care through a consistent, collaborative process with cross-functional stakeholders, including providers.</li><li>Monitor function performance related to patient experience, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency, ensuring staff deal competently with patients.</li><li>Ensure consistent reporting and own fully all patient experience outcomes.</li><li>Foster a culture of empathy, compassion, and personalized care among hospital staff, as well as accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the regional hospitals.</li><li>Lead with marketing and facilities on presence excellence strategy.</li></ul><h3>Clinical Excellence and Medical Care</h3><ul><li>Oversee the provision of high-quality medical services and ensure adherence to clinical standards.</li><li>Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with medical staff at hospitals and support their professional development.</li><li>Strive to build and maintain an exemplary reputation for medical outcomes for patients seeking the highest quality care.</li><li>Lead the industry by setting benchmarks for clinical excellence, inspiring others in the healthcare sector to raise their standards and improve patient care.</li></ul><h3>Operational Governance and Excellence</h3><ul><li>Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare medical and patient experience professionals regionally.</li><li>Develop and execute regional plans to achieve objectives for clinical excellence.</li><li>Collaborate with Bupa different streams to align hospital practices with the organization’s overall goals.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with operational protocols and procedures within the hospitals.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Bupa and regional hospitals leadership, providing updates, recommendations, and strategic insights.</li><li>Participate in recruitment, training, and development of Bupa staff in collaboration with HR.</li><li>Develop and implement robust customer experience strategies to ensure exceptional service quality.</li><li>Collaborate with hospital management to identify and address operational failures promptly.</li><li>Oversee roles and responsibilities within and with the hospitals to improve efficiency using process engineering, Lean techniques, and improvement tools.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>More than 5 years experience in a relevant service field.</li><li>Proven experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry.</li><li>Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.</li><li>Strong decision-making skills and the ability to guide the organization’s healthcare initiatives.</li><li>Proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans for healthcare facilities.</li><li>Strategic thinking to position the hospital for growth and success in the healthcare market.</li><li>Strong understanding of clinical practices and healthcare operations.</li><li>Ability to ensure that clinical decisions prioritize patient well-being and satisfaction.</li><li>Dedication to delivering patient-centered care and enhancing the patient experience.</li><li>Expertise in streamlining and optimizing operational processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.</li><li>Data-driven decision-making to monitor and improve functional performance metrics.</li><li>Skill in forging strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Ability to foster a culture of employee engagement, professional growth, and accountability.</li><li>Promoting ongoing professional development for medical staff.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>The ability to convey complex medical information in an understandable manner.</li><li>Understanding of healthcare finance, budgeting, and financial management to ensure cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Ability to handle medical emergencies and crisis situations with composure and efficiency.</li><li>Adherence to high ethical and professional standards in all aspects of healthcare management.</li
