About the job Senior Estimator / Pricing SpecialistOur client is a well-established Interior & Landscaping company delivering high-quality design, execution, and turnkey solutions across villas, apartments, offices, and outdoor environments.They are seeking a highly analytical Senior Estimator / Pricing Specialist to lead cost planning and commercial analysis across interior and landscaping projects.Role OverviewYou will play a key role in pre- and post-contract cost management, ensuring projects remain commercially viable and profitable.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and cost breakdownsManage variation orders and commercial submissionsPrepare monthly progress billing and payment certificatesMonitor budgets and purchase orders against allocationsConduct quantity take-offs and measurement sheetsParticipate in tender analysis and supplier quotation reviewsAssist in final account preparation and commercial negotiationsCandidate ProfileStrong experience in interior fit-out / landscaping estimationExcellent knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and billing processesStrong negotiation and commercial management skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical capability#J-18808-Ljbffr
