OverviewBlack & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Estimator to join our client s team in the luxury building materials industry in Abu Dhabi UAE. We are seeking a skilled professional with proven expertise in marble and stone estimation capable of managing complex projects with a strong focus on technical accuracy and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze architectural and engineering drawings particularly AutoCAD files to understand project scope and specifications.Prepare detailed cost estimates for marble and stonework including material quantities cutting labor and installation.Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender submissions and project execution.Collaborate with sales design and project management teams to align estimates with client expectations and project requirements.Source and validate material costs and supplier quotations.Track and evaluate project variations and prepare cost impact reports.Provide technical insights on stone cutting finishing and installation processes.RequirementsProven experience in marble/stone estimation within the construction or luxury interiors industry.Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical project documentation.Strong understanding of stone cutting processes costing methodologies and BOQ preparation.Excellent analytical numerical and communication skills.BenefitsAttractive Salary Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
