Senior Estimation Engineer

As part of our expansion and increasing project pipeline across the GCC, we are looking for an experienced Senior Proposal & Estimation Engineer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze RFQs, ITBs, and tender documentsPrepare detailed cost estimates for:Pressure Vessels (ASME Sec VIII Div 1/2)Process Skids & PackagesStructural Steel FabricationPiping SystemsPerform material take-offs from drawings and specificationsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams for costing inputsObtain vendor quotations and evaluate subcontractor pricingPrepare techno-commercial proposals in line with client specificationsConduct risk analysis and identify cost optimization opportunitiesParticipate in client clarification meetings and tender negotiationsMaintain estimation databases and historical cost records#J-18808-Ljbffr
