Senior Estimation Engineer

We are proud to contribute to the UAEs building and infrastructure development through commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and Building projects (roads, bridges, utilities, rail, Industrial Buildings).</li><li>Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.</li><li>Develop and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.</li><li>Perform rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.</li><li>Lead bid preparation, pricing, and submission within deadlines.</li><li>Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.</li><li>Perform value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.</li><li>Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.</li><li>Negotiate rates and finalize cost‑effective procurement strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bidding.</li><li>Prepare estimation reports, bid summaries, and management presentations.</li><li>Present cost analysis and recommendations to senior management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related Field.</li><li>Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction industry.</li><li>Min 4+ years experience as senior Estimation Engineer.</li><li>Proven experience in Infrastructure Projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Cost Estimation&Cost Planning, BOQ preparation&Quantity Take-off, Tendering&Bid Management, Rate Analysis.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
