The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.You’ll be responsible for:Lead the development and implementation of health and wellbeing policies, standards and delivery programmes across the Group.Ensure projects and programmes are delivered to planned timeframes and budgets, supporting operational business needs.Collaborate with HR and HSW functions to enable effective support for clients across all geographies.Analyse data from surveys, audits and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met to quality, time and budget.Embed sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives, contributing to Mace’s net zero transition goals.You’ll need to have:Experience of International and Middle East, Large scale projects.Professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA) or equivalent demonstrable development.Extensive experience delivering health and wellbeing programmes with strong commercial and stakeholder management expertise.Proven leadership in managing diverse teams, influencing senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.Knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction and integration of wellbeing with inclusion and safety practices.Our valuesSafety first - Going home safe and well:We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.Client focus - Deliver on our promise:We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long‑term relationships with our clients.Integrity - Always do the right thing:We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.Create opportunity - For our people to excel:We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
