<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Leader Group is accelerating its expansion in the Kingdom, and we are seeking seasoned Sales Managers with a proven track record in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates already have an established client base, strong market presence, and a history of winning major deals across Financial Services, Government, Oil&Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Education. This is more than a role — it’s an opportunity to lead transformation in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Expand LIG’s footprint in KSA by leveraging existing relationships and networks.</li><li>Proactively identify and close high-value opportunities with government entities and large enterprises.</li><li>Engage C-level executives and decision-makers with a consultative, ROI-driven approach. Position LIG’s digital and smart solutions as enablers of Vision 2030 goals. Strengthen and maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.</li><li>Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiations.</li><li>Stay on top of government bidding platforms, RFPs, and market trends to secure a competitive edge.</li><li>Conduct regular in-person client engagements to reinforce trust and gain valuable market insights.</li></ul><h3>Desired Skills&Experience</h3><ul><li>Proven track record of sales success in the Saudi market with documented achievements. Existing client base and network of senior decision-makers in KSA across targeted sectors.</li><li>7+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise software.</li><li>Deep understanding of Saudi procurement processes, government RFP cycles, and market dynamics.</li><li>Strong expertise in digital workflows, enterprise solutions, and consultative selling.
